After you’ve chosen the session that best fits your needs and a date, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire in an effort for me to get to know you better and learn how I can tailor your session to meet your needs. I’ll schedule a 20-minute planning call within 48 hours, where we can further discuss your vision.

We'll have a meaningful chat about what you want and your goals for your brand shoot. You'll also get to know me more and can ask any questions.

Strategy & Planning
You should be involved in this process. Instead of just explaining my methods, let's explore how we can work together. I'll send you a style guide to begin with, and then I'll create a personalized mood board to help us stay aligned with your vision.

I’ll get to our session location early to set up and play your playlist when you arrive. I’ll explain our plan so you feel comfortable and confident. We’ll take our time to create on-brand and intentional images.

I’m based in Solano County (covering Fairfield, Suisun, Vacaville), but I am available to travel. Clients are required to cover travel fees in addition to their contracted session fee, if outside a 25-mile radius.

It’s important for you to have a clear understanding of your brand vision and voice before booking your session. Ask yourself how you envision your brand moving forward and what are your core values?

I would recommend scheduling your session at least three to four weeks in advance. This will give us time to plan your session and secure a location that may require a reservation/fee.

I do not own a studio. With that being said, if you wish to book a session in a studio, please complete the inquiry form. We can then discuss further during our planning call and find a studio that best fits your needs.

All sessions require a non-refundable $75 deposit. If the session is cancelled or rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, the deposit can be applied towards a future session.

After your session, you can expect all the sharpest images to be culled and uploaded to an online proofing gallery as watermarked jpegs (within one-week of the shoot day). You’ll then select the images of interest you wish to be edited. I’ll then take them through a step by step editing process of color-correction and retouching. Once complete, final images will be delivered within two-weeks of image selection, unless you’re notified otherwise. I’ll upload them to your final gallery as high-resolution digital files, where you can download and share as you please.

It’s important to review the base number of images that come with the collection you have chosen. Depending on your needs and project we can discuss this further during your planning call. Please know that additional images are available for purchase once you’ve seen your proofing gallery.

I do not provide RAW (un-edited) files from our shoots because this is not a true reflection of my complete and final body of work.
